Clearance - what is this?

A clearance involves emptying an entire household, be it a flat or a house. The entire household or company is emptied, for example, in order to dissolve it or to hand over the premises. It is often necessary to vacate after a death, since (especially in the case of single residents) the domicile is then no longer needed. We also clear properties that are to be demolished or converted.

Many people are not aware of the difference between a de-cluttering and a clearance. In a clearance, everything is removed from the house or flat in question, leaving it empty. In a de-cluttering, on the other hand, this is done with only part of the household effects. So you see, clearances are both commonplace and urgently needed – unfortunately, there may always be a reason for a clearance.

Flat clearances

When moving to a smaller flat or to a nursing home, some of one’s belongings are often left behind in the old flat. Since the landlord wants to receive the flat in a swept clean condition, it usually needs to be cleared out. This often involves a lot of stress, but it doesn’t have to be! We work quickly and efficiently so that you can soon get on with other things. If your landlord has set you a deadline, feel free to communicate this with us – we will help you to meet it. We also offer cleaning services with a handover guarantee directly afterwards – you don’t have to worry about your rent deposit. The unwanted furniture will be professionally de-cluttered by us and either donated or recycled. We care not only about our customers, but also about the environment.

House clearances

Every house clearance is different. Sometimes there is a death or a move to a nursing home behind a house clearance, in other cases perhaps an emigration or a new start. It is important to us that every house clearance ends in the same way; with satisfied customers and a swept clean house. Especially in the case of single-family houses, there is of course much more living space available than in a flat, so you can also expect greater effort. Our reliable and professional team will nevertheless clear the house quickly and carefully.

Messie-flat clearances

Some mountains seem too high to climb alone. The flat is full of rubbish and bulky waste, tidiness is a foreign word, and the floor is often barely visible through all the rubbish. Living like this is not only depressing, but can also pose serious risks to the tenant’s health. Don’t worry; with us, no mountain is too high. Please do get in touch with us so that together we can get an overview of the situation and find the best solution for you.
